Gen 3
As a third-generation Greek raised in the Netherlands, I often feel a complicated relationship with my culture. One of the reasons is that I never got to experience certain events, such as the Greek carnival or the folk events. I made these filters to feel more connected to my Mediterranean heritage.

Invisible bruises
Something that surprises me is that no one ever warns you about your rights and strengths as a human being, which may sound obvious but isn’t when you’re caught up in a toxic situation. Often you’re isolated, confused, stressed and anxious. You may find reasons for the abuse or conceal your pain to protect the abuser. This is very saddening and is made with these people in mind. I hope you’re safe.

Losing my mind
Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and I need a reminder that even when it seems like I’m losing control, these moments are silly and will eventually pass.
